All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party production partner.

  • Order processing typically takes 2–5 business days

  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or sales

  • Orders are produced only after payment is confirmed

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped.


Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

  • International: 7–21 business days after fulfillment

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Rates depend on item type, quantity, and destination

  • Any customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer


Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear

  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, contact the carrier first


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • If an order is returned to sender, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is:

  • Marked as delivered but missing, or

  • Significantly delayed

Please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date).

We will work with the carrier and our fulfillment partner to investigate and determine next steps.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will coordinate a replacement if the issue qualifies


International Shipping

  • International shipping times may vary due to customs processing

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes
