Made-to-Order Products

All of our items are custom printed on demand through our fulfillment partner. Because of this, we are unable to accept traditional returns or exchanges for most orders.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help.

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • Once approved, we will coordinate a replacement or refund

  • In most cases, you do not need to return the item

These issues are covered under our fulfillment partner’s quality guarantee.


Sizing Issues & Buyer’s Remorse

Because all items are made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Color choice errors

    • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Please refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering to ensure the best fit.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Refunds are processed once the issue has been reviewed and approved


Lost or Returned Packages

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit, or

  • Returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address

Please contact us within 30 days. We may offer a reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
